Meng Fei Shen is an Infusions Coordinator at San Mateo Rheumatology and a committee member of the National Organization of Rheumatology Management (NORM), where she focuses on improving access and operations for specialty medications.
Previously, she was a product leader at Uber and Walmart Data Ventures, where she built and scaled automation tools serving over 30 million users worldwide. She has also led digital health initiatives with government partners and now brings that experience in healthcare technology to modernize biologics access and infusion care.

Christina Huang's personal battles with securing the biologics needed for her chronic immune condition fueled her passion for solving problems in the healthcare space.
She brings years of experience building ML and software products at Apple and Bloomberg. She led integrations with UnitedHealth Group at Medallion, where she solved similar problems from the payer side: outdated payer infrastructure, inconsistent data formats, and manual workflows that stall access. Christina now brings this experience to Ruma, building technology to make specialty medication access faster and more transparent.
