Her groundbreaking research in COVID vaccine development and immunology has been adopted by Moderna and influenced U.S. national health policy.

She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and industry experience to her role as Product Evangelist, where she champions innovative health technology solutions that transform patient care. Outside of Ruma Care, Dr. Liu serves as a medical liaison at UCB, bridging the gap between clinical practice and biopharma strategy, and translating complex medical insights into actionable business solutions.
